DEVELOPMENT FAIR IN PAPAN VILLAGE
On 19 March 2013, the local Development Fair in Papan village of Osh oblast was held. Papan sub office started its work in February 2008. Having the staff of three employees, it serves more than 800 clients. The population of the region is mostly involved in agriculture and cattle breading. In addition, the village Papan and neighboring villages are known for their apple orchards. -

UZGEN BRANCH TAUGHT FARMERS AND SPECIALISTS OF RURAL DISTRICTS TO MAKE COMPOST
The spring is advancing and sowing works are in full swing. Meanwhile the contributions of our Development Department to the development of communities was highly estimated by local self-government and in February our Uzgen branch received an official letter with the request to participate in the workshop on sowing works. Our agronomists were offered to hold the training on making compost and using it during crops sowing. -

New Bill about Usury initiated by Ata-Meken faction equates microfinance institutions and credit unions to ordinary usurers. Experts unanimously claim that the Bill contradicting to all market rules will powerfully boost the development of the shadowed economy, deteriorate the international rating of the country, reduce the volume of direct investments, and lead the country on 10 years back. -

On October 25, 2012, Ulanbek Termechikov, Chief Executive Offcer of Kompanion Financial Group and Roza Otunbayeva, ex-president of Kyrgyz Republic made a visit to Talas region. The goal of the visit was the opening of the kindergarten in Bakay-Ata village, which is a follow-up of project implementation of “Initiative of Roza Otunbayeva” International Public Foundation on the promotion of the annual program of children preparation for school.
